The political science department of Birjhora Kanya Mahavidyalaya organised a departmental Quiz competition on 6.11.2025 in our college premises at NB 1. The competition began with a brief inaugural session, where the HOD of the department delivered the welcome address and highlighted the importance of such academic activities in enriching students understanding of political issues. A total of 11 teams from BA 1st, 3rd and 5th semester students participated in the competition. The quiz consisted of several rounds such as political science round, general knowledge round, picture identification round, current international affairs round etc. After an exciting and competitive session , three teams secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. All the participants were given participation certificate and the winners will be given awards in the upcoming College week programme.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Durga Charan Mahanta, a faculty of political science department, expressing gratitude to the Principal sir of our college for permitting us to organise such programme, other faculty members, participants and the organising committee for their support and cooperation in making the event a grand success.
